Bu kapsamda Kas\u0131m 2023\u2019te bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 8,4 b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6steren in\u015faat malzemesi sanayi \u00fcretimi, beklentilerin \u00fczerinde bir y\u00fckseli\u015f ya\u015fad\u0131. Yurt i\u00e7inde ise se\u00e7imler sonras\u0131 yeni fiyatlamalar\u0131n ve yeni ekonomi politikalar\u0131n\u0131n beklentileri, \u00fcretimi ve sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u015fekillendirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">2023 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda 14 alt sekt\u00f6rde \u00fcretim ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re artarken, 8 alt sekt\u00f6rde azald\u0131. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk on bir ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re ise en y\u00fcksek \u00fcretim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde 33,4 ile metalden yap\u0131 ve yap\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te metal kap\u0131 ve pencereler \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde 32,7 artarken, ah\u015fap in\u015faat malzemesi \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde 21,9, haz\u0131r beton \u00fcretimi ise y\u00fczde 15,4 y\u00fckseldi. Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk on bir ay\u0131nda \u00fcretimde en y\u00fcksek gerileme ya\u015fanan alt sekt\u00f6r y\u00fczde 12,7 ile in\u015faat camlar\u0131 olurken, onu y\u00fczde 12,1 ile seramik kaplama malzemesi izledi.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>Mevcut i\u015fler seviyesi, son y\u0131llar\u0131n en y\u00fcksek seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD raporuna g\u00f6re, mevcut in\u015faat i\u015fleri seviyesi yeni y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir s\u0131\u00e7rama g\u00f6sterdi. Bu kapsamda Ocak 2024\u2019te mevcut i\u015fler seviyesi bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re 8,2 puan gibi \u00f6nemli bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te mevsimselli\u011fin yeni i\u015fler \u00fczerindeki etkisi \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kald\u0131.
